Hi, I am Alessandro,
the chef of the AltaMarea Hotel!
Together with Sonia, my wife and colleague, after living and working for a few years in Trentino, I finally achieved my dream of working here, in the land where I was born. A land that can be recognised for its wealth of aromas, flavours and culinary traditions.
Every day, I transform my passion for cooking into something real with the dishes I propose to all our guests. I elaborate the recipes of the most ancient Romagna tradition into tasty and abundant dishes, not only in quantity but also in love.
All that remains is to leave room for appetite... a good glass of Sangiovese... and our dishes, which I hope will live up to your expectations!
BREAKFAST
To get off on the right foot and with an explosive charge, our Energy breakfast awaits you with a sweet and savoury buffet offering homemade cakes, croissants, jams, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and a variety of savoury items such as cheese, cold cuts, scrambled eggs and bacon.
LUNCH
Our lunch goes hand in hand with lightness and our healthiest ideals. A wide choice of fresh and tasty products that taste of summer awaits you: rich salads to compose as you like, hot and cold first and second courses and fresh fruit.
DINNER
Guests will enjoy an assisted buffet with meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. All prepared according to the recipes of typical Romagna cuisine, much loved by Chef Alessandro, and with high quality genuine products. Among the first courses, fresh pasta is a must, and among the second courses, fresh fish and choice meat. Finally, to end the evening on a sweet note, a selection of homemade pastries!
